 Please allow 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS on wholesale item orders that don’t have studs. Christmas has begun and influx in orders have increased. Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS on WHOLESALE STUD EARRING orders. All
stud earrings are hand made by me to order, so its very easy to fall
behind on orders during these busy holidays and with Covid running
rampant throughout America. I take pride in all my packages and work
constantly to try to keep up for everyone to get a huge variety and the
best prices. TAT always starts the following business day after placing an order. For example if you order on Wednesday, TAT starts Thursday. If you order Friday, TAT starts Monday.TAT
does not include the actual shipping timeframe Which is the method you
select at checkout. All USA holidays do NOT count as a business day. I
take all holidays off to spend time with my family. Please also
understand that with new Covid variants, we all have the potential to
get sick at anytime. Working together to try to get past this awful
pandemic is our main goal. Empathy goes a long way. ❤

PREORDERS- Preorder is in the title of every item that is preorder and description of each item. When ordering preorder and RTS items, please make sure to seperate orders. I will not send out an order until ALL items arrive for that order. Please pay attention to estimated TAT arrival in the descriptions. Most preorders have an estimated TAT of 14-21 business days. I DO NOT refund preorders once an order is placed. I trust that you have read all the rules before ordering and understand the TAT time of preorders. Since Covid has been affecting all countries, please plan to have a possible delay of 7-14 business days on all preorders. Government shut downs or delays in shipping can happen at any time without warning.

TRACKING-
USPS will not scan packages in my area. Please allow a few business
days to get tracking updates. If tracking does not move after a few
days, please email me. If an order doesnt get scanned in, I offer store credit or reshipment. Once
an item is delivered, it is out of my control. I cannot do anything
about missing delivered packages. You will have to call USPS and file a
claim.

If at any point, I receive mean or hateful emails, you will be blocked immediately from buying from me. This
is MY business and I have TAT times for a reason. I do NOT need emails
dictating how I should run my business. I am a real person and this
world has some real problems! I will do my best to remedy any problems
faced, but being nice is best for all businesses.
